The image shows your task manager during gameplay. The frequent drops in usage seem linked to the stuttering you're encountering.

The GPU is changing its speed in a comparable way. It’s also showing a high temperature of 89 degrees, which is quite warm.

It's been a while since I've had issues with my cooling setup. It hasn't caused any problems yet, but I've considered upgrading it many times. With the current fan load, I'm not sure what's causing the concern. Could temperature be the issue, or might thermal throttling play a role?
