I possess a HP ProBook from around 2013. It isn't among the modern ultra-light models since it features a bulky screen with performance similar to a separate monitor. The display is free of glare—there are no reflections whatsoever—but it still delivers solid color. Are any manufacturers still producing screens with this kind of quality? All the options I encounter tend to be full-glare or extremely thin, lacking the non-reflective properties. I'm eager to locate a 17-inch or bigger model.

You can purchase a laptop featuring a good screen and then add an anti-glare coating afterward. Advantages: it also safeguards your display. Disadvantages: it isn't offered for every laptop model.
