didn't make any unique changes to the file, just tried renaming it for testing and then reattempted.

google includes a zip extractor, i simply let it decompress and dl just outputs it. or perhaps not using direct google unzip, but it directs me to the linked app at https://zipextractor.app/

I used Windows, but it stopped working. I tried another third-party unzipper too, which also failed. Finally, I used a different machine. It seems there was a change that affected it.

the windows zip extractor frequently generates the 0x80004005 error message
total commander handles it without issues and winrar also works properly

had to perform a brief check; it uses LZMA compression, Windows 10/11 doesn't support it, essentially it's a 7-zip file with an extension of .7z

You have identified two instances of the AMD Ryzen Master driver running simultaneously:
AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys (Sept 2, 2024)
AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys (Oct 30, 2024)
Additionally, an overclock driver is active:
NTIOLib_X64.sys (Sep 10, 2024)
It seems there may be an access violation detected from a CPU register (note: not ReadAMDMsr).
I recommend removing both versions of the Ryzen Master driver and re-running the tests.
(Alternatively, consider testing with the older version only.)
Unable to extract BIOS information from this dump.

I have removed all of the AMD ryzen master drivers and clean installed my AMD drivers with the AMD cleanup utility
Now there's only one ryzen master driver there from the fresh install
I'll have to wait and see if the problem is solved

Reminder for viewers: The MSI Center reinstalls the Ryzen Master SDK independently, which is why I removed it and turned it off in the BIOS.

I just experienced another BSOD, I'll upload the minidump later when I have the opportunity.
