I think I've fixed all my mod conflicts... But why does my SSE still crash? An error also happens when I try to create a bash patch... Please note that I also ESL-ifyed almost all of the mods that SSEdit marked as okay to ESL-ify (the [FE ones)... Here is my mod list:

The mods occasionally randomly disrupt the game.
Most of these issues stem from spawning mods.
These particular CTDs typically disappear after a reload.
They may persist for three days if the NPC generating them remains stationary.
Such CTDs can confine you indoors; when outside it's advisable to take an alternate route or use fast travel to bypass them.
Here are the mods known to trigger spawning CTDs, listed from most to least problematic:
WARZONES.
Skyrim Immersive Creatures – Disable random spawns in the main content mode.
Populated Skyrim Legendary – Limit spawns using only forts and dungeons.
Immersive Patrols II – Generally affects weak PCs; modern hardware handles it well.
OBIS. Patrols.
SkyTEST-RealisticAnimals & Predators – No issues with modern systems.
3DNPC.
MoreBanditCamps – Excluded for personal use, but used previously for a year in LE.
NPCs consume most of the game's resources. Avoid overcrowding your cells; if you notice too many, reduce large battles and move them underground using author-made mods.
To eliminate about half of my CTDs, I stopped engaging in major battles (more than 40 NPCs) and relocated them underground with the help of mods from Immersive Wenches.
Here are the mods linked to perk CTDs, ordered by severity:
Ordinator.
Never had any CTDs before, just fixed it now. It was really a simple fix. I managed to clear all the ESPs and ignore the ESLs and ESP-Ls. Nice job! I'm playing better now. I've noticed some minor frame drops lately, probably just a graphical issue. Maybe lower from ultra to high next time.
At 4k resolution I’m performing well with a RTX 2080 ti.
I typically manage graphic performance by adjusting the depth of field in ENB and controlling anti-analyzing settings in the Nvidia control panel. When using a GTX 1080 ti, I didn’t enable anti-analyzing during 4k playthroughs but did so for screenshots. I’m still experimenting with the optimal depth of field before hitting below 60fps.
I notice frame drops are more often linked to CPU or I/O issues, while GPU problems tend to cause stutter.
I take strong steps to prevent this. My i7 8086k with a full-core overclock at 5ghz only drops frames to 60, and with VSync it’s barely noticeable. With an i7 6700k the drops were in the 40s, and with an i7 2600k they were in the 30s.
For I/O, my SATA SSDs worked well for a while but I experienced minor load-in pauses around Whiterun during older saves. Buying a 2tb 970 EVO resolved the issue.
With Skyrim LE and SE running smoothly now, Fallout 4 is behaving poorly with CTDs during long pauses—seems to be an ongoing problem.
I use only 1k textures at the best and ultra graphics, which is sufficient for me. My 1080 6gb storage is adequate as well. What settings would you recommend? You might consider overclocking your Ryzen slightly for better performance.
When working at 1080p or 1440p resolution, anti-analyzing is necessary and without ENB or Reshade depth of field control isn't possible. Make sure to adjust shadow quality, distance, and medium/godrays settings to low. Screen space ambient occlusion can create unwanted shadows on characters, so remove it. I also avoid lens flare effects.
Good notes. Will do that. I just set it on the ultra preset and leave it as is but guess I'll do some tweaking hehe.
Edit: looks like Godrays do influence performance... mentions in other forums. Shadows too. But I'm keeping the SSAO I guess. Do you have any additional adjustments that could assist? What about the 64 bit target render process?
