I own this 2015-released Chinese-made or assembled Intel NUC Mini box measuring 4x4 inches, equipped with the following specifications; operating system - Windows 10 Home Ver. 22H2 x64-bit, motherboard model NUC6i5SYB, CPU - Intel Core i5-6260 with a maximum turbo frequency of 2.90GHz, memory - 8GB DDR4 1.2V, hard drive - Toshiba 500GB MQ01ABF050 with Drive Rev @ AAT10/AM003M. My issue started when the mini PC displayed this typical Windows 10 BSOD after several software fixes, and I concluded it was a hardware problem. After replacing the memory card and trying other adjustments, I identified the problem as an HDD issue. I swapped in a Toshiba HDD with the same specifications and installed Windows 10 Home, creating a bootable USB drive with Rufus. This resolved the issue. I used it for approximately two days before it suddenly stopped working again. When I turned it back on, there was no display, the keyboard was off, and only the mouse was functional. The PC appeared to operate normally with the power indicator on and the CPU fan running, but the HDD was silent. Anyone have any advice or suggestions? Thank you.

It is pleasant to observe the assurance displayed by the poster with such a straightforward response. The main challenge with devices like a NUC and even laptops is the minimal user involvement in resolving issues. The only practical step I can suggest is to measure the power brick output using a meter if you have the skills. If not, think about visiting a store or opting for a replacement. Depending on your location and expenses, this might be the best choice. Your decision is up to you.
