I recently upgraded my PC setup. As a beginner, I’m okay with being polite. I’ve been noticing a lot of stuttering, especially when playing COD. It’s the worst I can describe. I’ve tried updating the BIOS, reinstalling drivers, and following fixes from YouTube, but nothing works. I’m getting frustrated and would really appreciate any advice or help from someone who knows more. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Operating System: Windows 10/11 Pro 64 bit
Could you clarify what you mean? Are you using a dual boot setup?
I’ve just upgraded my PC recently. Did you replace any hardware components? If you moved your OS from the previous version without reinstalling, that might be the cause. You’ll need to reinstall the IOS after switching platforms.
Remember to back up all important data, create a bootable USB for Windows 11, and install the OS offline.
I’ve updated the BIOS.
For context, please share the BIOS version you’re currently using.
I’ve started researching the recommended fixes from YouTube, but so far nothing has worked. If you can describe your actions, we can avoid repeating the same steps.

Apologies for any misunderstanding. Yes, I modified the hardware which includes a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM. The items I kept were the PSU, SSD, GPU, and CPU cooler. I made sure all important data was saved and successfully recovered after installing the operating system.

For the OS: checking the system settings shows Windows 10/11 Pro. Based on my understanding, it only boots Windows 11 Pro; I only noted what appeared on the settings page.

Before installing the new components, I created a USB with Windows 11 and installed it on the PC after turning it on following the BIOS update. The current installation version is (7D70v1M).

I adjusted the HDR settings, changed graphic preferences to favor GPU performance over CPU, and turned off HDR again. Removed all drivers and confirmed they are all up to date so far.
