Hello! I am having a problem with videogames. Everytime I try to start a game, after a while (few minutes) It crashes. Temperature seems okay, I don't know about other details. I would like to have your help because I am not that good with these stuff. In the following there are the components of my PC all updated to the lastest drivers (I suppose, at least AMD since I have used their control panel).
When my game crashes the
AMD Bug
Report Tool appears and the game closes or freeze.

Enermax Maxpro II ATX EMP600AGT-C - main power supply for PC gaming, 600 W, 80 Plus, 230 V, EU (non modulare), with 5 ing protection circuit
PowerColor Red Devil RadeonTM RX 5600 XT 6GB

Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX Memorie XMP 2.0, 16 GB (2 X 8 GB), DDR4, 3000 MHz, 1.35
Thanks for your help and have a good day!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Could you share how old your PSU is in your build? Please explain what you mean by a crash—does it cause the desktop to reboot or lock up? What BIOS version are you using, and which OS version are you running? Ideally, you should be on 20H2 with Windows 10. Also, let me know which RAM slots are being filled on your motherboard.

Thank you! This describes a situation where the game freezes and prevents mouse movement. Sometimes I need to access the task manager to stop it, even when the mouse control feels sluggish. Other times the game simply stops or shuts down completely. I've checked the RAM and dust accumulation in the slots, but the PSU is around one year old—about a year and a half. The desktop locks up, requiring me to enter the task manager to end the game process. The operating system version is Windows 10!

In the current BIOS, the model is listed as "b450 aorus elite F52," but I might need more details later. All builds are approximately one year and a half old!

Appreciate your help!
