I notice some black and white horizontal lines flickering on your monitors. This seems to happen on two different screens, one using a display port cable and the other with HDMI. Changing cables didn’t resolve the problem. The CPU and GPU usage stays low, and screen capture doesn’t show any errors. Your system details are listed, including BIOS version. Could these lines be related to display drivers or power management issues?

It seems to be a problem related to the screens cables and ports. It might look like a reset, so try reinstalling drivers and looking for BIOS updates.
