System information and PBO overclocking video are available, along with related Reddit discussions. I use CPUID HWMonitor during gameplay to monitor performance metrics such as GPU and CPU boost. I’ve upgraded my BIOS to version 4501 and configured PBO by adjusting the PPT EDC TDC limits based on the video content. While testing games, I observed that when a core exceeded 5% load, its voltage would spike to 1.4 and reach up to 1.5. I’m worried this might damage my CPU. A Reddit user shared similar concerns, noting that boosts often rise to around 1.45 but then drop. My system seems to behave like they do. Is this normal? Or should I be concerned it could harm my processor?

Asus is widely recognized for boosting the voltage in PBO/MCE settings. Use the Curve Optimizer to reduce the overall load voltage, aiming for -20. Maintain auto mode until you confirm stable temperatures.

The temperatures are stable, rarely exceeding 70, and I've set the offset for all cores at -23.

It works quite nicely, surpassing expectations. It's a solid component, and I'm concerned about losing it from excessive voltage.
