About three years ago I purchased the Razer BlackWidow Tournament Chroma Edition.
The morning after, I noticed the lights, the "tab" key, and the "qwerty" keys were malfunctioning.
Here are some videos:

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Razer products are often criticized for their reliability, and your support ticket seems to align with what you'd expect from them. Given that the warranty for all Razer KBs is two years, you actually receive more than three years of coverage than anticipated.

If you're considering what to do next, it would be best to purchase a new KB. A better and more dependable alternative could be Corsair, HyperX (formerly part of Kingston and now owned by HP), or Logitech.

For example, I'm using a Corsair STRAFE RGB with Cherry MX Silent switches and my KB is functioning perfectly, even though it's five years and eight months old. The only minor issue is that the red LED on the F2 button stopped working a few months ago. Otherwise, everything works smoothly.
