Are the headphones disconnecting unexpectedly?
Hello everyone,
My Razer Kraken Ultimate Headphones have started disconnecting randomly. I reinstalled razer synapse, which is known to cause problems, but the issue continues. No unusual actions were taken besides updating Windows, and that’s all. Could this be the reason?
I also want to mention that it usually happens when I put my headphones down and grab them again. Even if I move the cable around a lot, they don’t disconnect. It might be static electricity. It sometimes even affects my mouse, though less often. I think it began after the latest Windows 10 update.
I haven’t tried reinstalling the OS yet because I have work to finish, but if that could help, I’d definitely consider it.

Remove the headphones gradually to prevent hair friction and static buildup. Also, try to ground yourself by touching metal before handling the headphones. Apply an anti-static spray on your chair or seating area while wearing them. Follow these steps for several days to see if the connections improve. Particularly in cool, dry environments. If these measures don’t resolve the issue, consider other potential causes.
