Hi everyone, here’s what my setup looks like...
Asus Prime B250M-A
i7 7700K
Gtx1660
32gb DDR4 1600 RAM (2x8gb essential, 2x8gb HDD)
Seasonic 650w S12iii bronze rated PSU
Intel 320 series 160gb SSD
Toshiba 2tb HDD
Running Windows 11 through a workaround.
I realized I’ve probably used this device only about four times in the past year, so I thought it might be worth selling. A US value checker estimates around 350 USD.
Thanks ahead of time.

I wouldn't rely on half of it since it can't officially back W11. You might encounter more issues. It would be wise to search for comparable systems on local platforms such as Marketplace or CL. Check specific components in eBay listings.

It's worth the price a buyer is willing to pay.
You might check eBay for similar PCs and check completed auctions, but shipping can be costly.
Alternatively, look at the value of individual components.
A lot of effort will be needed, and you may not sell everything.
Posting on a local marketplace could yield better results.
