Sorry Bella,
I wanted to keep tagging you, but I was planning to test RAM one stick at a time. I assumed only one would cause issues, but both are experiencing memory errors after short testing periods. Could it be that both are failing, or is there another underlying problem?

Also, please note that my 7600x operates in "eco" mode, and these BIOS settings are set accordingly.

It's possible a faulty CPU IMC occurs occasionally.

Hello
@Eximo, thank you for your reply! CPU IMC indicates a CPU issue, is that correct? Are there any additional tests you recommend to help identify the specific component?

Well, if you manage to get some different DDR5 to try out, it might give you more confidence. However, I was suggesting the CPU might actually be the issue. AM4 Ryzen processors often struggle with memory channels, frequently operating in single-channel mode. These chips are built similarly, with the CPU cores and I/O/Memory controller on a separate chip. If JEDEC memory speeds help, you can try that for a short time. It really depends on whether you plan to purchase another CPU or memory for testing or take it to a shop.

None of these is functioning properly. I tried using two sticks together with Expo, without Expo, then tested one stick at a time. Ram errors keep appearing (though only in OCCT). I ran Memtest86 without issues as mentioned in the first post.

I did a last-minute test I came up with. I swapped the single stick from channel 3 to channel 1, but the error flood started in OCCT within ten minutes of starting. I’m starting to believe we might have to replace some hardware... What do you think is your first thought?

have you checked using a single stick in every slot? if all slots were displaying errors, it would suggest a faulty RAM rather than an IMC.

Hello
@kerberos_20
, thank you for getting involved!
I've tried stick 1 in slot 3, then stick1 in slot 1. Also checked stick 2 in slot 3.
Next I'll try the rest of the combinations.

I attempted but the PC doesn't start when: (red LED indicates CPU and RAM usage)
- 1 stick placed in slot 0 (near CPU)
- 1 stick in slot 2
- 2 sticks (slots 0 and 2)
