You started with a new Arch install and added Pantheon, but the interface doesn’t display correctly. The greeter shows no text or buttons. To fix this, check your configuration files and ensure Pantheon is properly integrated; if needed, reinstall or reconfigure it.

What kind of hardware are you running? AMD or Nvidia? Also, are you using X11 or Wayland? If it's Wayland, switching to X11 might offer improved performance.

Consider moving to Wayland and check if the experience remains consistent. I've only worked with KDE, Gnome, and Cinnamon before.
