April 14, 2024 – That day I finally stopped the "Can it run Crysis?" joke.
The game operates at its highest resolution of 1920x1080. Early attempts to run Crysis 1, 2, and 3 faced a restriction preventing multiple instances simultaneously. The issue was resolved by starting Crysis 2 first, then proceeding with 1 and Warhead in developer mode, though this feature appears absent in the latest versions.
These were the original versions—just a casual test for fun. The remastered DLs were impressive, but it was clear how much performance dropped with each extra game added. It wouldn’t have worked the same with Remasteted either. I think I’d have run into CryEngine constraints with all three titles, which would have required more work to resolve. The audio quality was great, though, and I’m still frustrated she wasn’t included in Phantom Liberty.
