It's feasible (though complicated), but really hard work would be needed. I recommend avoiding it since you're likely to lose time and effort.

The Thaiphoon burner is available and I’m confident I can use it. Programming XMP with it looks feasible, as the 32$ professional license price seems reasonable given my next choice will be manual hex editing, and there’s little information about that alternative.

If you're interested, go ahead. Manual hex editing doesn't look like a good idea.

Thanks in advance for the confirmation. I’ll need to run some test sales first to verify there’s real interest in affordable high-performance DDR3 that competes with the overpriced options from GSKill and Corsair. Also, can you confirm if it’s feasible to achieve over 2V XMP? Based on my experience, the X58 and earlier models should comfortably support 2.1V. I’ve already tested 2.46V on my X5660 P95 with a large FFT for 8 hours without issues.
