Hello, I recently purchased an ASUS Crosshair Impact 5900X paired with a G.Skill F4-3200C14D-32GTZN. I can use DCOP with either stick on its own, but once I enable it together, the system locks up when entering Windows. Anyone with advice or suggestions would be great!

This indicates the stick or CPU memory controller cannot manage it within its DOCP profile. Simply perform a manual overclock and set its speed and timing manually using a higher voltage—around 1.35 to 1.39 for daily usable overclock, though up to 1.45V is possible.

The kit operates at 1.35v stock, but you may need to adjust to 1.45. The main concern is the caslatency; Cl14-14-14-34 seems too aggressive, while 16-16-16-36 could work better.

It might happen too. However, if OP adds extra for C14, maintaining that approach would be beneficial. Still, if it isn't stable, 3600 C15 could be a more conservative alternative.

Also, if they don’t fit into the right dual-channel positions, it could cause issues when configuring OC profiles. Make sure they’re in the second and fourth slots from the CPU. (Or consult the manual to be certain.) No worries, I shared this before realizing it’s a 2-slot motherboard. My mistake.

Functioning properly at 15-15-15-35 with 3600MHz and 1.35V as advised. Surprisingly, it didn’t work at 3200MHz regardless of timing settings. I’ve installed all the necessary software now. Thanks for your assistance—I hadn’t considered that a higher frequency might not be viable at any point.
