Apply a freeze and hard crash during the BIOS logo screen.
After updating the GPU drivers, my PC powers on, shows the Auros logo with spinning dots, then freezes before restarting. It works properly in safe mode after cleaning with DDU, but issues arise when installing drivers manually or automatically. My system runs Windows 11 Home x64 (Fresh) with a Ryzen 5 3600, stock cooler and speeds, 5500 xt gaming OC 8G, and x570 Auros ELITE BIOS 37c. I’ve had most parts for two years except the last two months when I got the motherboard and SSD. I’ve tried several fixes: reinstalling Windows, updating BIOS, updating GPU BIOS, clearing CMOS, using old GPU drivers (DDU), swapping RAM, booting from a different drive, checking CPU memory errors, using one RAM stick, and switching to Linux distributions. Removed all non-essential devices, changed cables, monitor, and outlets. Reseated RAM, GPU, and CPU.
The alternative GPU led to successful booting of various operating systems.
Same issue for both freezing and hard crashing when the BIOS logo appears
