I've noticed recent opinions about gaming on Apple Silicon Macs, but none talk about play cover. This makes playing native titles enjoyable and effortless (source: https://www.playcover.me). I'd appreciate a review on how native apps and games function, especially since I've had positive results.

It's quite similar to other mobile desktop emulators such as BlueStacks and Nox. Most folks aren't really into gaming on their desktop computers.

it operates directly without emulation, handling these apps smoothly and delivering excellent performance on M1 devices. It supports popular titles like Genshin Impact, COD Mobile, and many others that run flawlessly. The native Discord version also performs much better than the Rosetta Mac client, offering strong potential similar to Crossover but tailored for native iOS binaries.

It seems like mobile gaming on desktop machines offers limited benefits, particularly with M1 Macs. Most of my gaming stays on a Windows PC that I connect to my TV, acting like a traditional console. When I do switch to my Mac for any reason, I tend to prefer titles like Arkham Asylum, Civ VI, Stardew Valley, Terraria, or other PC games over mobile releases. Mobile titles are designed for quick sessions, while PC and console games suit extended playtime.
