They require you to enter the latest code from your Steam mobile app each time you log in. After resetting your phone, it kept requesting the code even though you were using it. The login is now blocked because the app is asking for a code that isn't stored locally. You’ll need to download and install the updated version of the app, then follow the prompts to reset your account securely.
Reach out to Steam support. If they handled it as Blizzard did, that’s the best option.

It appears to appear automatically, yet I don’t have to type anything in. I simply tap away and continue with my routine. It’s bothersome, though it only requires a brief click to exit the page.
