I start Vbet (a poker app) for Windows 10 to install, it updates, at the end of the updates bar it gets stuck and 3 seconds later it crashes. Then, when trying to double click the app again to start, it just never starts.
Reinstalled it, same issue. How can I go about this to fix this issue while waiting for support reply (which often is very slow and inaccurate)?

Is there an AV program active? Consider turning it off briefly to test whether the installation can proceed. Such programs often misclassify software, causing them to reject the installers unexpectedly.
