It seems strange since I’m unsure which app is causing the issue... I looked in the Event Viewer but didn’t see anything. Also, it’s odd I tried to cancel when it mentioned an “app” blocking shutdown, but it still shut down. How can I identify the culprit? I’m not very confident about an unknown background app. This problem only appeared two days ago, I’ve never had this before—it always gives me the exact app name and restarts or shuts down anyway.

Checked recent shutdown events and listed active tasks. Ran Autoruns in admin mode to review for unusual entries. Accessed Microsoft documentation for further details.

It seems odd during the last two days it kept happening, except during the previous shutdown. It might be related to Rundll32 or an executable file. I’m not sure it usually runs and doesn’t stand out much since I don’t remember seeing it before. The Nvidia profile update feature "3Dmigoto" used to change things, which still confuses me about why it acted that way or how to fix it. Also, in autoruns I noticed some unexpected processes like Onedrive, but nothing suspicious like Rundll32 or the DLL you mentioned. What’s going on with "system32\fraps64.dll"?
