Is there an app to remember the state of taskbar applications after a restart?
For instance when i restart and open my Firefox windows, they get misplaced, and i have to arrange the order i like every single time...
It would be nice to save explorer windows etc as well.

Check the current Tasbar configurations. (Right click an open area of the Taskbar.)

I saw it mentioned and it's still too early to upgrade.

Do you feel I have strayed from my intended path?
To confirm, the icons in the Task bar shift to a different layout than your setup.
Are these icons representing various Firefox or website tabs, or similar to Windows Edge/Explorer tabs?
Is there a specific pattern in how they rearrange—such as alphabetical order or based on last use?
Check the lock screen and observe the links in the Notification Area.
In summary, review everything to make sure all configuration settings match your expectations.
