I ran a test and the temperature is now around 78°C, which feels cooler in the room. It hasn't happened yet but it should be within about 30 minutes.
My maximum readings stop at 82 during OCCT CPU tests. The problems continue in games even when temperatures are low, around 70-75°C. It doesn’t seem like a thermal issue.
They’re at 4600, which is below the 3000 mark but still idling. It’s the stock cooler; no thermal throttling expected until reaching 90°C on the Ryzen. That’s well within safe limits. Also, no signs of throttling since it only occurs during restart when temperatures drop to 70-75°C in cold conditions.
Have you set up the chipset drivers and enabled the Ryzen power plan?
