Hello, I’m a new member of this forum and would appreciate your assistance.

I’d like to consult with experienced PC users regarding an issue I'm experiencing. My computer is only producing 30-40 frames per second in Apex Legends, even when utilizing reduced graphics settings.

During gameplay with other applications, my CPU, GPU, and RAM are not consistently utilizing their full capacity (CPU and RAM usage remains at approximately 10%, while the GPU reaches 100%).

Here’s my system specifications:
* Intel i7 2600k processor
* ASUS rx580 8GB OC graphics card
* KINGSTON 1600Mhz 8GB RAM
* Note: I've verified that the graphics card BIOS is in its original form, not a modified version used for cryptocurrency mining.

The following link showcases a user with a configuration similar to mine who achieves normal frame rates even at higher settings:

Could this be a counterfeit Chinese version of a video card? It's an ASUS RX 508 with 8GB and an overclocked setting.

I generally dislike secondhand playing cards because their history is uncertain.
