I made the error of updating the BIOS using the @bios windows tool. The result was that the computer won't power on. Only a temporary fix worked by booting BIOS in default mode via the CMOS reset pins. Now I can't make any changes—adjusting CPU, RAM speeds, or fan settings won’t resolve the issue. I’m worried about damaging other components further. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you considered updating the BIOS via the BIOS utility for your board?

It's odd since I can type in the bios but when I save the settings and turn on the computer again, it repeats the same thing. Probably fixes it before you power it back up.

I just finished it, everything looks okay but now I try to delete it and can't get into the BIOS settings.
