I've assembled a fresh setup with an i7 10700k Aorus H470 Pro AX board, 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz RAM, and an Aorus P850 Wi-Fi card. Overclocking the CPU has been challenging—despite adjusting core clock speeds and turbo ratios, it consistently caps at 4.7GHz. Even changing the voltage hasn't helped. I checked online and found that H-series boards generally don’t support overclocking. The seller had assured me it would work, but now it seems unlikely.

The seller misled you (or possibly made an error). Only Z series motherboards, like the Z490, support overclocking. Your H470 memory is capped at 2933Mhz.

Wow, looks like there were two misunderstandings. He claimed the RAM and overclocking were feasible. Sorry about that.
