He made a setup for a friend who streams, and the PC functions perfectly except for Bluetooth. The motherboard lists Bluetooth 5.3, but drivers from the manufacturer aren’t connecting. I’ve removed the default drivers, installed the official ones, updated them, and restarted, but nothing works. I’ve shared a link to the board. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Maybe a silly question, but did you attach the antennas? I could see someone leaving them off because they don't plan to use the WIFI. Could make the difference.

The Wi-Fi antenna functions as both the antenna and the Wi-Fi dongle. If you haven't connected it yet, try doing so. Your Bluetooth would not work properly without the Wi-Fi antenna.

It's a reasonable inquiry, though the connection was made via an antenna and they indeed use wireless technology.

I located this discussion (maybe you did too). It seems relevant to another version of the board, with various links to drivers that others reported working well with—like Aorus versus Gigabytes. It might be worth a quick look. If you can't find suitable alternatives, it could point to a hardware problem. It appears you're not alone in facing this challenge. Good luck!
