I built this setup using the Aorus B550 PRO AC motherboard with an AMD 7 3700X and an MSI Ventus 3070. The BIOS display shows all components active except the CPU M.2 slot where I’m trying to install Windows. The M.2 slot holds a Crucial P1 NVMe SSD with 1000GB. I placed it in the second slot but the BIOS didn’t recognize it either. The motherboard’s BIOS version is F2, while the current one is F12j. I’ve heard updating the BIOS can be risky, so I was hoping for a simpler fix. Any suggestions would be greatly helpful!

I can verify whether the Crucial P1 operates on a different motherboard.
