Hello, I turned my computer on today and it’s stuck on "Dram." I checked online for solutions but nothing helped. I swapped the RAM slots, removed the CMOS chip (though I’m not sure if that’s correct), unplugged and plugged it back in, and only changed the CPU to another one since I don’t have another. No luck yet. Anyone have ideas before buying a new one? My current setup is: Ryzen 3 3200G, 16GB DDR4, Corsair Vengeance 2400MHz GTX 1060, Super Corsair CX550 power supply.

I believe you're referring to a battery. Have you only tested one stick of RAM and are certain it's properly installed?
