The USB ports on the monitor aren't functioning properly when connected to the laptop. Although the connection via a USB Type B cable has been stable before, recently I've noticed the system shows a 'USB not recognized' error. The monitor's USB devices, including the mouse, no longer respond with my laptop. Sometimes the issue resolves by turning off one device and leaving it unplugged, but once it reconnects, the problem reappears promptly—devices fail to communicate. The monitor itself is operational, other USB ports on the laptop are working, and the keyboard lights indicate power is being supplied through the USB ports. I've used two different USB Type B cables without success.
