You shouldn't include such elements in word AFAIK. Consider adding links that users can click to view photos online, or format the images properly so they fit within the report without distortion.

Insert an image into Microsoft Word and modify its size. Apply text wrapping to evaluate the best fit.

Modify the text alignment to fit the image more effectively. Ensure the layout appears clean in Word 2010. Before sending, export the document as a PDF to prevent easy editing.

There are two options. You can create a PDF or send it as a .doc. If you want it in a document format, use text wrapping and adjust size or place several images on one page with notes underneath (text below images). To include images in text, use phrases like "... (Picture 1)." or "... (See Picture 1)". If you choose resizing and formatting, start with the first image and use a grid layout. It took me around 3 hours to complete my BA in finished format with over 20 pictures.
