There are some excellent horror titles worth checking out. Besides Outlast and Alien Isolation, you might enjoy games like Resident Evil series or Amnesia, which offer intense atmospheres and engaging puzzles.

If you enjoy puzzle games, Anna is a great suggestion. It could feel mild depending on your mood, but it definitely has a chilling vibe.

Penumbra really scared me. You might like it too. Unless you prefer newer releases, Fatal Frame has a solid chilling factor!

Seconding the Dead Space recommendation. It's one of those games that only comes around once every 10 years or so. The second and third in the series are ok but expect the quality to degrade exponentially.
