I hear you. If he's not overclocking, he can just use the stock CPU cooler that comes with the CPU and save $35.00.

save and get ryzen 5 2600 and you won't need the hyper 212 unless you are overclocking and get a 16(2*8) 3600 mhz cl16 memory kit
