When I start the anthem, it automatically switches to HDR mode, which makes the display appear poor. Is there a way to prevent that? And I've also disabled the HDR setting.

From my experience, Windows has been quite buggy with HDR, and Anthem hasn't had its smoothest launch either. Your screen likely needs native HDR support, not just an "HDR effect," since many displays use that instead. It could be a conflict between Windows and Anthem settings.
