My new computer is experiencing unexpected reboots. Here are the details:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor 4.70 GHz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.1 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition: Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU cooler: Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL36
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME SSD
GPU: Zotac GAMING Twin Edge OC GeForce RTX 3060 12GB
Power supply: Corsair RM750e (2023) 750 W, 80+ Gold Certified, fully modular ATX
Monitor: LG WH14NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer

This is my initial post, and I apologize for the similarity to others. I’m seeking feedback on my components since this is my first complete build. I haven’t installed many items yet due to the reboot issues. I’ve reflashed the BIOS twice, run Windows memory diagnostics with no errors, performed a chkdsk scan—no problems found. I even reinstalled Windows 11 Pro twice. I installed Ryzen Master, GForce Experience, and AMD Adrenalin Edition to ensure proper drivers. In Device Manager, all drivers appear to be from the manufacturer, not Windows.

I don’t see any tasks triggering the reboots, and the logs display this entry:
Log Name: System
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power
Date: 8/30/2023 3:47:33 PM
Event ID: 41
Task Category: Critical
Level: Critical
The system restarted without a clean shutdown. This issue might stem from the system failing to respond, crashing, or losing power unexpectedly.

I left it running with a few windows open for a while, and after hours, I observed the reboot. I adjusted the CPU settings in BIOS to Eco mode to test its impact. Anyone have suggestions based on what I’ve shared? Thank you ahead of time.

I don't know for sure if it's helpful, but the CPU is running around 40C to 45C. All the fans are working properly. I'm using a Samsung monitor connected through HDMI with the GeForce card.

I've been using eco mode for some time now, and it seems to be working better. However, it has still restarted a few times. I ran the stress test that came with the Ryzen master program, and all tests indicated no issues with temperatures rising from 35 up to around 80 before dropping back to about 40. I also tried removing the graphics card and using the built-in graphics, but it still caused a reboot.

I shared a post about a recent experience with custom builds that restarts unexpectedly.
My setup included an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, a Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler, a Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5 board, Corsair Vengeance memory, a Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD, a Zotac GAMING RTX 3060 graphics card, and a Corsair RM850x power supply.
I tried swapping each component individually to find the cause, but it continued to occur. The only part I didn’t replace was the CPU, as experts suggested it rarely fails. After a brief chat with an AMD specialist, he confirmed I had a faulty CPU and mentioned the error code 41, likely related to it. After replacing it, everything worked perfectly. I wanted to share this to assist others.

I considered combining the threads together, marking it as resolved for others facing similar issues.
Sorry, no one responded to your posts.
