No one has attempted to switch the PC Collectors Edition to the Xbone version yet. I haven’t reached out to Amazon, so I’m hoping someone might have information.

Of course, but you can still avoid the frustration. Would you like to switch to the Xbox One version instead?

I planned to purchase a PC but it failed, so I skipped the preorder (excluding Amazon). I owned an Xbox One, then upgraded to a new PC where the GPU came bundled with a free copy. In Australia, Collectors edition for Witcher 3 costs $200 for the PC.

It will appear quite awkward on the Xbone M8

I believe it's feasible, but why would you take such a risk. The XBone version might not match the PC version in appearance or performance, yet it could still be slower. Surprising, isn't it?

Sure, Amazon will be fine with that.

Checked recent online auctions and found most PC editions of Witcher 3 have sold out, with prices reaching nearly double the original value.

I’m planning to sell the xbone game. Back then (June 2014) I thought it was just a mistake and didn’t see how much more content it offered compared to the PC and PS4 versions, so people wouldn’t buy it. I already bought Witcher on Steam anyway. In short, selling the xbone game would actually save me money in the long run. I’m surprised by this, but I don’t want to take any chances. Yes, I noticed it sold out quickly—I ordered it 10 months ago.
