Your motherboard setup seems correct, but there might be something affecting the pressure on the PCIe slot. It’s possible the connection or the cable isn’t providing enough force to secure the 9060XT properly. Check if the cable is tight and if there are any signs of damage. Also, ensure the GPU is fully seated and not resting against anything that could interfere with the locking mechanism.

It's okay. The tolerances might not be very tight, and it's being sent back. If it functions, that's enough.
