Your performance looks solid based on your specs, but you're experiencing noticeable microstuttering in GTA V. It seems CPU load is the main issue. You've adjusted settings like high priority and reduced population density, yet the problem persists. There might be others facing similar challenges—have you checked community forums or Reddit threads for similar experiences?

GTA5 consumes a lot of CPU and VRAM. Upgrading to an i7 or Xeon E3 1230 would help. It seems the game caps at around 60 FPS, even with minimal GPU load, unless you run heavy tasks like 4xMSAA. Sometimes I hit 80+ FPS, which might explain those performance issues. It’s not just the CPU slowing things down—it’s likely a design choice to keep physics stable.

Yes, it's a good idea to overclock your CPU if possible. Based on the initial benchmarks using top-tier graphics settings, they struggled due to an overclocked 5960x chip.

It really utilizes several cores effectively, aiming for top performance. My 4790k can run around 80% of its capacity.

Uncertain about the cause of these issues, my FX 8350 operates within 50%-60% usage and isn’t performing well. It’s achieving around 60 frames per second. Have you checked what other processes are running in the background?

Your CPU cooler is listed as air-cooled in your specs. A safe overclock would focus on stable temperatures and reliable performance. To achieve this, ensure proper cooling setup, monitor temperatures closely, and avoid pushing beyond safe limits. If you need guidance on specific settings, let me know!

Open the BIOS settings, increase the voltage a bit and boost the CPU multiplier slightly. How are the temperatures looking under full load conditions?

I see, I'm getting around 80-100 frames per second... @ dima_ do you have a retail version available? The latest update is essential to fix the launcher issues.
