Hello! I’m facing a typical issue that many people encounter. It seems like the advice about choosing a motherboard with four RAM slots isn’t always straightforward, especially after recent upgrades. In early 2019, I installed a Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB of HyperX Fury DDR4-3200 memory, which showed up as Kingston KHX3200C18D4/8G in CPU-Z. After switching my GPU to the 3060Ti, I wanted to expand to 32GB total, but the exact model I had was no longer available. A CL16 variant with updated specs and a more affordable price point appeared to be a good fit. I’m considering buying two 2x16GB modules for double the cost, hoping they’ll match the original timings if XMP is enabled (3200 MHz). If not, I’d prefer a few usable sticks that still offer value. The challenge is finding compatible options without wasting money on low-performance parts. What do you think?

It depends less on your RAM handling and more on your motherboard's stability. You'll need to test it yourself to confirm functionality.
