Hello everyone! Here are my details: GPU - R9 280x Vapor-X OC, CPU - FX-8350 4.0Ghz, RAM - 10GB, PSU - 850W, CPU cooler - 850W, Hyper 212 Evo MOBO, MSI Gaming 970.

Right now I'm experiencing crashes and freezes in Grand Theft Auto V while exploring or playing missions. I've checked various fixes online but found a memory leak issue causing the freezes (hope this gets resolved). I adjusted some settings and it worked for about 30-60 minutes.

Another thing that helped is under-clocking the GPU core clock – it runs smoothly and doesn’t crash unless modded. I should note the GPU was factory overclocked and wasn’t altered.

I’m confused about how these two factors interact. Usually I just see blue screens or a hard shutdown, but this time it felt like a BSOD that showed someone. Please help me out! I’ve attached the file for reference. Thanks!

Check the beta drivers from AMD and observe if the blue screen occurs once more.
