The wire you're using isn't designed for your motherboard's fan connector, and your motherboard lacks an RGB port so it can't be used there. The cable is intended to supply power to all the case fans, but it won't fit the socket on your motherboard. You could simply plug it into a standard power outlet.

The item you're holding is an RGB cable—not a fan power cable. The fan controller probably relies on SATA for its power supply.

I think the white two-pin connector on the power board is meant for RGB, but the case didn’t include the corresponding cable and there’s no matching connector on the motherboard.

I admit it, I’m puzzled about how that tiny panel gets its energy. It seems it needs either a Molex or a SATA connector somewhere on it for power.
