I own a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor running at 4.30 GHz with 64 GB of RAM. The system uses a 64-bit OS and an x64-based chip. After powering on, the AIO III Pro cooling fan runs quietly, but I sometimes hear a faint sound from the motherboard. CPU temperatures stay between 36-42°C, which seems normal and not a warning sign. You can safely turn off that noise if you wish.
What kinda tone ? You sure its your motherboard and not your AIO ? If its loud enough try recording it and then upload the recording to youtube or something, and share link here.
