hello, maybe someone here can assist me. I own an Anker 556 USB-C hub and connect it to my Steam Deck, but I'm facing stability issues. I use the 556 dock cable to the deck, yet the connection keeps dropping. My setup includes a HDMI 2.0 cable, a NVMe enclosure, a 15 cm USB-C cable from Sabrent, an Anker Flow 100W charging cable, and the Anker Nano 2 65W charger. The monitor flickers on and off, and the NVMe enclosure disappears from the deck consistently. This model doesn't work well with other platforms except Apple iPad Pro 2021. I also tried a JSaux dock HB0603, which is more stable but lacks an NVMe port. Could anyone suggest a solution?
I'm not familiar with the Steam Deck or this hub, which is why I'm sorry for the confusion. For the SSD enclosure, you can connect a USB 3.0 to USB-C cable to access the second hub you mentioned.
