Android discovery and demo.stub analysis. Assistance required.
Hello everyone. I’m checking something I found on two Android phones—one Samsung Galaxy S4, the other Sony Xperia Z1S. They’re running T-Mobile A security software called AMC Security. The file named Demo.stub showed up in the software as a virus. On Google searches, many people reported similar issues. But when I turned it off, my SIM would disconnect unexpectedly. After re-enabling it, the problem seems to improve. I’m trying to figure out if Demo.stub is actually malicious or if it’s related to the phone or SIM functionality. I need clear information so I can be confident and avoid any risks. Thanks in advance.
This demo.stub file appears to be a placeholder or mock setup used for testing purposes. It’s not harmful and doesn’t contain any malicious code.
