Hello fellow members, today I'm really struggling and need your support. After about two months building a custom PC with a Lenovo m715q 2nd gen motherboard (placed inside a PS1 console case), the outcome...well, it's not what I expected. My system runs a 2400MHz AMD processor with Vega 11 graphics, 16 GB DDR4 RAM at 3200MHz, and a 120-watt power supply. The issue is that performance feels extremely uneven—especially during PS2 game emulation. The CPU consistently stays around 0.55GHz, which is far below its potential. There must be something wrong here, could you help me identify the problem?
