Yes, that's 40 USD, or 20 dollars short of what I’d prefer (60 to 100) and choosing to max out PBO instead. Adding an aftermarket cooler would make it more visible with a 5600 on non-cache intensive titles.

Verify the BIOS settings on your system. The front page should list the BIOS version. Ensure you have version 7C95v2A installed for compatibility.
