I own a Corsair TX850 that's been around 9-10 years. While trying to fit an ASUS TUF Gaming 3070TI GPU from my current GTX 1070, I'm not seeing any display. I've already filed an RMA for the same problem and followed the forum's instructions. The suggested PSU is 650 W. Could the age of this PSU be causing issues? The new card powers on, fans spin briefly, then stop. The old card still works.

It might make sense to upgrade given such an age, especially considering the limitations of an old platform.
