I've experienced unexpected crashes and restarts recently, happening again this evening. I've tried my best to investigate, but the issue appears linked to ntkrnlmp.exe. Based on what I know, it might be related to a RAM problem. I've overclocked my RAM to 5600Mhz from its base speed of 4800Mhz, yet it has always worked smoothly during gaming without any problems. I'm hesitant to remove the overclock. I also intend to run Memtest86 tonight. Could someone please review the attached minidump for a second opinion?

I would begin by installing the intel driver update and executing it via the provided link. I believe this process may refresh your existing drivers. If the hypervisor error persists, I would proceed to the BIOS and turn off the Intel VT-D and VBS configuration settings. (Search for instructions on disabling VT-D and VBS in ASUS BIOS)

I would remove all Corsair software and reinstall it with the latest version. You possess two versions of CorsairLLAccess64.sys, one from each directory, which is unusual and may cause issues.

Performing a code check revealed the following error:
HYPERVISOR_ERROR (20001)
Hypervisor encountered a fatal error.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000011
Arg2: 000007bf90a00008
Arg3: 0000000000001005
Arg4: ffffe70001e059b0

Notes:
- CorsairLLAccess64.sys was last updated on July 25, 2024.
- Windows loader detected a problem and loaded the second copy from an unexpected location.
- If you cannot locate the uninstaller or the source of the second copy, download microsoft autoruns64.exe and remove the driver.

Old drivers found:
- CorsairVBusDriver.sys (June 30, 2020)
- CorsairVHidDriver.sys (June 30, 2020)
- ITEUcmCxClient.sys (August 24, 2021)

This driver had a corrupt stack in the latest bugcheck; it likely needs updating to match the current BIOS version.
