I own a Ryzen 7 3700X RX 6600 XT and a 650W 80+ silver power supply. This problem has been happening for a while, whenever I start my PC it suddenly stutters during gameplay. What worries me is the loud cracking sound coming from the headset drivers—it sounds like they’re being charged with electricity. I’m hoping someone can assist in fixing this issue.

Review the system logs to understand recent events. Turn off Windows system sounds, which are enabled by default, and ensure you have the newest Realtek audio drivers installed.

Your information is quite old; you may encounter problems with the fTPM stutter or USB compatibility. Update your BIOS now. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-PR...AX/support
